We’re celebrating record attendance at the TREX New Traveling Exhibit Forum in Chicago!

We just wrapped up another successful TREX Traveling Exhibitions Forum at the Chicago Architecture Center in Chicago—our third time hosting this event. More than 200 museum professionals and exhibit providers signed up for this SOLD OUT event complete with networking and rapid-fire mini presentations announcing the newest traveling exhibitions and concepts in-development. More than 75% of our presenters announced new projects—with 26 new exhibitions just launched or in-development.

What is TREX? – Traveling Exhibits Database & Forum

TREX (a mash up of the words traveling exhibitions) is a hub for the museum traveling exhibitions community run by Museum EXP. The online database at traveling-exhibits.com is the most comprehensive source of information on traveling exhibitions and service providers in North America and is free to search! Thousands of museum professionals use it each year. We also host two in-person events each year which coincide with the AAM and ASTC conferences. Annually, we host the Traveling Exhibition Awards. These awards are nominated and voted on by museum industry peers as a way to celebrate achievements in our field.
